Could earplugs be safer to use?

Question: I am a 27 years old married woman planning to use earplugs because my husband snores a lot. I am unable to sleep well and it is affecting our married life too. Is it safe to use earplugs, as I am planning a pregnancy soon? What are the advantages and disadvantages of using earplugs? Which type of earplugs is suitable for

    ANSWER:Ear plugs are a safe and effective means of dealing with the problem of snoring. As long as you are careful that you do not traumatise your ear when inserting them, there should be no side effects. Get plugs, which have an NR (noise reduction) rating. These are designed to cut out noise.
