Quitting smoking can reduce risk and enhance your health.<\/li><li><strong>Treat health conditions<\/strong>:&nbsp;\nIf you experience hearing loss, depression or anxiety see your doctor\nfor treatment.<\/li><li><strong>Maintain a good diet<\/strong>: Eating a healthy diet is vital for\nseveral reasons, but a diet such as the Mediterranean diet rich in fruits,\nvegetables, whole grains and omega-3 fatty acids, which are commonly found in\nsome fish and nuts can promote health and reduce your risk of developing\ndementia. This form of diet also improves cardiovascular health and can help to\nreduce the risk of dementia.
