To prevent those feelings, you can avoid places or situations. Symptoms can begin during childhood or adolescence and continue into adulthood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kayawell.com\/Ayurveda\/how-to-treat-depression-and-anxiety-disorder\">anxiety disorders<\/a><\/strong> include common anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, particular phobias, and isolation anxiety disorder. You may have many anxiety disorders. Anxiety often results from a medical condition that needs treatment. Before\nyour anxiety gets worse see your doctor or a mental health provider. If you get\ntreatment early it is easier to handle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes\"><\/span>Causes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The origins of anxiety disorders are\nnot completely comprehended. Adults who experience a traumatic event also can develop anxiety disorders.<\/li><li><strong>Stress due to an illness:<\/strong> Having a health problem or severe illness can cause considerable concern about issues like your treatment and your future.<\/li><li><strong>Stress buildup:<\/strong> A big event or a combination of smaller stressful life circumstances may cause unnecessary anxiety-like, family death, job work stress, or ongoing financial concern.<\/li><li><strong>Personality:<\/strong> People with some types of personality are more susceptible than others to anxiety disorders.<\/li><li><strong>Other mental health disorders:<\/strong> Those with other mental health problems, such as depression, can frequently have an anxiety disorder.<\/li><li><strong>Having blood relatives suffering from an anxiety disorder:<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 Disorders of anxiety can occur in families.<\/li><li><strong>Drugs or alcohol:<\/strong> The use or misuse or withdrawal of drugs or alcohol can cause or exacerbate anxiety.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Complications\"><\/span>Complications<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This does more than make you think about developing an<a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/anxiety-panic\/guide\/anxiety-disorders\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" title=\" anxiety disorder\"><strong> anxiety disorder<\/strong><\/a>. It may also lead to, or exacerbate, other mental and physical issues, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Depression\n(which often occurs with an anxiety disorder) or other mental health disorders<\/li><li>Substance\nmisuse<\/li><li>Sleep\ndisruption (insomnia)<\/li><li>Digestive\nor bowel problems<\/li><li>Headaches\nand constant pain<\/li><li>Social\nisolation<\/li><li>Problems\nfunctioning at school or work<\/li><li>Bad\nquality of life<\/li><li>Suicide<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prevention_for_Anxiety\"><\/span>Prevention for Anxiety<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no way to predict for sure\nwhat will cause someone to develop an anxiety disorder, but if you are anxious\nyou can take steps to minimize the impact of signs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Get help early:<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 Like many other mental health issues, anxiety can be harder to treat if you wait.<\/li><li><strong>Stay active:<\/strong> Participate in things you enjoy and feel good about yourself. Enjoy social contact and loving relationships that can reduce your worries.<\/li><li><strong>Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t use drugs or alcohol:<\/strong> The use of alcohol and drugs use can cause anxiety. If you are addicted to any of those substances, you may be anxious about quitting.
