He has done his MBBS and MS (Surgery) from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He has been specially trained in GI and advanced laparoscopy from the esteemed AIIMS, New Delhi (2005-2008). He is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons (FACS) and MRCS from the Royal Collage of Surgeon Glasgow (UK). He was awarded the Prestigious DAVIES TRAVEL Fellowship of The Royal Collage (2016) for training in Cancer at Leipzing, Germany.
