All Tests

T3 and T4 test is performed on a sample of blood to measure level of T3 and T4 in blood.It is performed to confirm Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism and also during treatment and after treatment of Hyperthyroidism and Hypothyroidism.

Inform your doctor if you are on any medications, have any allergies or underlying medical conditions before your T3 and T4. Your doctor will give specific instructions depending on your condition on how to prepare for T3 and T4. 10 to 12 Hours fasting is required before the sample collection.

The normal result for T3 and T4 for T3 is 80 - 200ng/dl for Unisex gender and for All age groups. T4 is 4.5 - 11.7 mcg/dl for Unisex gender and for All age groups.
