2. Ardha Matsyendrasana:-

Sit on the floor with your legs crossed. Cross your left foot over the right one. Raise your left knee, pointing upwards. Now move your right hand over your left leg and hold your left foot. Press your left leg against your abdomen slowly and turn your head on the right side at the same time.

It is a breathing exercise that cures liver cirrhosis, jaundice, hepatitis and many other diseases. This yoga asana aids liver stimulation and treats many liver related problems. It also keeps your overall body health and keeps your mind fresh.
To do Kapalbhati, sit cross-legged on the floor and keep your spine straight. Inhale deeply until your lungs are full with air. Now exhale forcefully through your nostrils so that your stomach goes deep inside. When you exhale you will feel the pressure on your stomach. Close your eyes throughout the exercise so that you can focus on your breathing. Practice this for 15 minutes a day.

Hold this position for the while and then change the hands respectively.
