Antistreptolysin Titre test is performed on a sample of blood to measure the level of Antistreptolysin Titre in the blood. ASO Titre is done using an Automated method on a Blood sample. A 7 ml sample of blood is required for this procedure. The test is repeated 10 days after the first test is recommended. This test may be performed by the slide method.
